Senior Process Associate

Summary of Position:

The Senior Process Associate will work closely with other team members to deliver a variety of professional services to a diverse group of clients from around the world. Supporting client requests in a virtual environment, the Senior Process Associate will be required to demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills in English. The Senior Process Associate will be available to work an assigned schedule (which may fluctuate) that includes weekends, holidays, and night shift.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To prepare and keep the records of Income and expenses entries by classifying, summarizing, compiling and analyzing account information.
  • To check/prepare invoices, bills, general ledgers for processing.
  • To ensure timely and accurate posting, balancing and reconciliation of the general ledger, and control accounts.
  • To maintain General Ledger and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
  • To summarize financial status by collecting information, preparing Trial Balance Profit and Loss account, Balance sheet, Statement of cash flow and other financials statements.
  • To prepare and/or review transactions and ensures they are properly reelected within the monthly financials statements.
  • To prepare and post the payroll entries and monthly accruals.
  • To reconcile Ledger entries and do a Bank and cash reconciliations monthly.
  • To ensure all Balance sheet items are reconciled and closing schedule are prepared.

Required Qualifications:

These are basic qualifications which must be met to be considered.

  • 2+ Years Relevant Work Experience
  • 2+ Years experience in Quick books
  • MS Dynamics, Mas 200, ZERO or Net Suite added advantage
  • Graduation Certificate from Tertiary School with Frist Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
  • Intermediate Written and Verbal Communication Skills (English)
  • Intermediate Understanding of Microsoft Office Products
  • Intermediate Analytical Skills
