Sr. Process Associate



Job Responsibilities:

  • Be a Processing Champion, follow the process & Deliver the Assigned tasks in time, with accuracy.
  • Inspect & Analyse if RQ and Sprint data is matching, if not we need to highlight the discrepancies to client.
  • Discrepancies to be corrected in RQ as per client responses.
  • Client interaction through emails or calls (Follow up on Discrepancies, Other portal login credentials, etc)
  • Analytical thinking – Need to understand the reason for discrepancies and highlighting the data to clients to focus on Areas of improvement.
  • Onboarding new clients – Need to understand the client requirement and send our sample reports to take them Live.
  • Review Sprint portal to check for new updates and same needs to be communicated to the team and to the floor team members.
  • Commission & Chargeback Research to help Commission team finalize the Sprint commission.
  • Follow the Daily Audit process (as instructed below) & Deliver the Assigned tasks in time, with accuracy.
  • Audit process: Inspect & Analyse if RQ and Sprint data is matching, if not we need to highlight the discrepancies to client.
  • Daily audit summary report to be sent to clients.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 0 to 6months Experience
  • Any Graduate (Even PU candidates is fine)
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Databases
