Shiv Prasad -Manager, Client Services
Shiv is the Manager, Client Services at Lotus Analytics, Engineering Headquarters. He was born in Berhampur, Odisha and pursued his education in Bangalore. He completed his ‘bachelor’s in administration’ and ‘master’s in business administration’ in Marketing and HR from the National Institute of Management, Bangalore winning many laurels along the way. He has a background in Marketing, operations strategies and planning and believes that the best way to do business is through honesty and dedicated teamwork.
Shiv started his career as a ‘Training Customer Services Executive’ in 2004 at Mphasis and HP Company. He was soon promoted as the Unit Manager in there ‘Insurance Domain’ and worked at excelling in this field for a period of nine years. During this time, he won an appreciation from Zurich Insurance’s CEO Guy Monarch in ‘Best Customer Satisfaction’ and the ‘Best Manager Award’ in the Voice Survey, 2011 and 2012. He joined HS Brands International Mystery Shopping and Loss Prevention Domain as their Operations Manager ang gained immense knowledge of the Indian Market and client management. He joined Lotus in November 2017 and heads a team of around 50 people managing Sprint clients, reviewing Performance and People Management and Optimum Resource Utilization among other things. He is immensely loved by his team members who follow his example with great reverence and happiness.
Shiv is determined, flexible and an optimist. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, playing sports like badminton, cricket and many newly invented games with his impeccably naughty and cute daughter Vanshika. His weekends are dedicated to family and close friends and he also enjoys video direction and photography. His team members, find him cordial and friendly and enjoy working under his guidance and mentorship.
